Harry Edward Styles, known to the world of music by the name of Harry Styles, is a British singer and composer known as one of the members of the group One Direction. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1 1994, and is the child of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School formed a group called White Eskimo along with three other students. They won the 2009 Battle of Bands thanks to the impressive presentation they made. Although he has always been interested in music however, despite his love in it, he also wanted to be a lawyer or an physiotherapist. A part-time job in a city bakery was his first occupation to make money for his family. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he performed the song Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. This is why his band broke up. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant on The X Factor suggested Harry Styles be part of a group called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were founded in the year 2010. The band performed songs like My Life Would Suffer Without You, by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. They were one of the candidates to win the award. Despite this, they finished third behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles was not the winner, but Cowell was a millionaire as part of a deal for One Direction.
